We are excited to welcome applications for the position of Assistant Manager, Order to Cash. We are seeking an individual with a comprehensive understanding of the entire order to cash process, encompassing various invoice formats such as Manual, Consolidated, and Automated.

In this role, you will thrive in a dynamic setting, handling tight deadlines and operating within a demanding business environment while fostering strong teamwork skills.

Possessing SAP proficiency and experience in generating reports from the system would be advantageous for this role. Flexibility to work in different shifts based on business needs is essential.

Responsibilities
  • Validate Purchase Order (PO) requests for billing purposes.
  • Regularly engage with clients for feedback and provide necessary support.
  • Oversee Order to Cash processes related to collections and dispute management, and implement effective strategies.
  • Communicate with end customers via calls and emails to recover overdue amounts.
  • Achieve collection targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Manage relationships with customers and regional Financial Directors through various communication channels.
  • Lead and participate in conference calls with Financial Managers at the regional level.
  • Contribute to governance meetings at the country/regional level and collaborate closely with team members to ensure timely deliverables and enhance process standards.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancement and drive Lean and Six Sigma projects.
Qualifications Minimum qualifications
  • Graduation in B.Com (MBA in Finance preferred).
  • Relevant experience in Order to Cash processes.
Preferred qualifications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel.
