Skills/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as project management, engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on managing the PMO function.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling confident and professional interactions with clients, and project team members.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and adaptability to changing requirements and priorities.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve testing objectives.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

S RESPONSIBILITIES:
_


  • Collaborate with project team to define project goals, plan resources, track progress, and address any issues or risks that arise during regular project status meetings.
  • Collaborate with project managers to gather and consolidate project status updates, milestones, and key performance indicators.
  • Responsibility for contract monitoring, especially to ensure timely delivery based on the contract terms and conditions.
  • Monitor and track project timelines, ensuring that projects are progressing as planned and any deviations are promptly addressed.
  • Create and keep project records, such as project scope statements, requirement documents, and change control procedures, while producing timely and accurate project reports to showcase important metrics, milestones, and risks. Additionally, prepare highlevel project status presentations for executives and inform stakeholders about project progress.
  • Stay in touch with project teams and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and expectation management. Interact with stakeholders to comprehend their requirements, gather necessary information, and guarantee alignment with project goals. Foster solid relationships with internal teams and external vendors to ensure collaboration and achieve successful project outcomes
  • Coordinate resource allocation and capacity planning across projects. Support project managers in identifying resource gaps, optimizing resource utilization, and facilitating resource allocation decisions.
  • Establish and maintain project performance reporting mechanisms. Generate accurate and timely project status reports, metrics, and dashboards to provide visibility into project progress, risks, and issues. Identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project management function. Identify areas for process enhancements, recommend and implement process improvements, and foster a culture of learning and knowledge sharing.
  • Track and follow up on all project payments, addressing any paymentrelated issues and providing updates on payment status.
