Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting moderated and unmoderated UX Research studies in your local language
- Translating and localizing research materials from English to your native language
- Reporting data points in English
- Leveraging your cultural and language expertise to enrich findings
- Adhering to set timelines and deadlines

Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
Master's degree

Previous Experience:
- Proficiency in academic research or UX Research within technology firms or academic institutions
- Skilled in conducting interviews and desk research

Language Skills:
- Native fluency in the local language
- Professional proficiency in English

Cultural Expertise:
- Deep understanding of local culture, traditions, and technology landscape
- Ability to articulate cultural nuances to diverse audiences

- Technological Proficiency:
- Familiarity with tech trends in your region

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in User Experience Research roles
- Expertise in qualitative research throughout the product design cycle
- Background in tracking research success metrics
- Consulting experience with clients (e.g., Business/management consulting, UX consulting)
- Knowledge of service design, UX design, product design, or visual design
- Experience in international UX research
- Fluency in multiple languages
