Manager, KMT

Role:
As the Manager, Knowledge Management and Training (KMT), you play a crucial role in ensuring that Droom's knowledge base is comprehensive, up-to-date, and easily accessible across the organization. Your main tasks include curating, organizing, and maintaining information about products, services, processes, and industry trends. You will also lead efforts to design and implement training programs for new hires and existing employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a centralized knowledge base with information on products, services, processes, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with teams to gather and verify information, ensuring accuracy.
- Analyze data to identify knowledge gaps and areas for improvement.
- Facilitate a knowledge-sharing culture.
- Implement platforms for collaboration.
- Design and deliver training programs for new employees.
- Update training curriculum regularly.
- Provide support and guidance to employees.
- Lead training for the inside sales team.
- Evaluate training effectiveness.

Requirements:
- Experience in knowledge management or training, ideally in e-commerce, automobile, or tech sectors.
- Strong communication skills.
- Analytical mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Passion for learning about industry trends.
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs is a plus.
