RKSV Securities was founded by Ravi Kumar and Shrinivas Viswanath in

2009 and was soon graced by Kavitha Subramanian as the third co-founder in

2016. Backed by Ratan Tata, Upstox had raised

$4 million in Series A funding in early

2016 that was led by Kalaari Capital. The

Series B funding round scaled multifolds and witnessed an investment of

$25 million by US-based investment firm - Tiger Global Management in

September 2019.
We are scaling our design teams across all verticals (UX, UI, Research) to deliver

products aligned with our customer's needs and innovate on their behalf. If you get

Role:
UI Designer -1

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the User Interface design and ensure we offer a consistent
experience across platforms

  • Design compelling User Experiences in collaboration with UX Designers and
Developers in your team

  • Build a scalable and flexible design system to enable the long
- term product

vision

  • Create concept sketches, wireframes, and prototypes to support iterative design
efforts

  • Work collaboratively with other designers to ensure a consistent, integrated brand
perception and user-experience

  • Work with the front
- end development team to provide detailed specs and ensure

design consistency

  • Ability to map your design decisions to user needs as well as business
requirements

  • Be highly adaptable in an everchanging startup environment

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
  • 1+ years of design experience
  • Deep understanding of brand, visual design, user experience and digital
marketing to design beautiful and intuitive experiences

  • Proficient in video creation tools, Adobe Creative Suite, with a keen
understanding of graphic/web design principles

  • Passionate about branding, storytelling, and producing engaging content and
campaigns

  • Ability to own a project from start to finish, working autonomously, but welcoming
feedback and collaboration

  • Experience concepting, designing, and executing video content
  • Excellent written and verbal skills to communicate with stakeholders and senior
leadership

  • Must be able to thrive in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to work both independently and with a team
