Title - Executive/Assistant Manager - Social Media

Location: Mumbai, India (Vikhroli office)

About the position: We are in search of a highly talented Executive/Assistant Manager specializing in Social Media. This individual will have a crucial role in shaping and executing our social media tactics as a core team member to boost brand recognition and engage with clients and audiences in the US.

Primary Duties:

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a thorough social media plan, incorporating new and existing social platforms to reinforce our brand's presence in the US market.
  • Campaign Planning, Execution, & Tracking: Create, monitor, and analyze the performance of social media campaigns, offering insights and suggestions for enhancement.
  • Community Engagement: Actively engage with our followers on various social networks and online communities such as Facebook, Twitter, Quora, and more.
  • Content Development: Craft unique and innovative content in English for our social media platforms to captivate our audience and deliver our brand's message effectively utilizing Canva or other tools.
  • Channel Research: Investigate, assess, and integrate new social media channels to broaden our reach and engage with diverse audiences.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with other departments like sales, HR, etc., to synchronize social media initiatives with overall company objectives, including managing internal communication/marketing channels.
  • Building Audience Base: Work towards growing the number of fans and followers on our social media platforms consistently.
  • Multichannel Marketing: Execute digital marketing strategies across various digital channels encompassing website management, SEO, SEM, etc., to effectively communicate company strategies as required.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Develop reports for digital marketing campaigns using analytical tools, representing data in a clear format. Continuously evaluate campaign performance and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Creating Offline Content: Conceptualize, generate, and collaborate with sales team and vendors to ensure prompt availability of offline content like flyers, gifts, etc.
  • Consumer Insights: Conduct research on market trends, target audiences, and competitors. Analyze the consumer journey thoroughly to boost engagement and conversions.
  • Lead Generation: Actively generate new leads, recognize decision-makers, screen potential opportunities, and strategically pursue deals aligned with our business strategies.

Qualifications & Proficiencies:
  • Postgraduate degree in marketing (MBA), communication science, media studies, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar social media management role of at least 5 years (Experience in the IT Industry targeting the US market is advantageous).
  • Exceptional written and verbal English skills.
  • Deep passion for social media and digital trends with a strong eagerness to stay abreast of new innovations and creative concepts.
  • Solid organizational abilities with the capacity to handle multiple projects concurrently in a structured approach.
