Skill:

1) Excellent communication and interpersonal and

Leadership skills

2) Knowledge of Resin and catalyst (no back System)

3) Knowledge of mixer calibration.

4) Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.

5) Receive complaints and resolve problems.

6) Ensure the safety working environment & good housekeeping and 5S in Furan lines.

7) Ensure the Knockout of moulds.

8) Daily Attend First Stage Meeting and Quality Related Meeting to reduce casting defect by CAPA

9) Pouring to be Monitoring and supported to work with Operation team for production Related activities like Mould, core planning

10) Experienced internal and external Audit operation.

11) Maintain Iso Documents (Mould, core, Mixer calibration Record, Q&A Data sheet)

12) Daily sand Bench life Ensure and Adjust Mixer Hardener Ratio depends upon sand Dry time and Humidity
