Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent outside of standard working hours.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and advise on appropriate recruitment strategies.
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of their recruitment campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activity, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
  • Continually review and improve the recruitment process to ensure that it is efficient and effective.
  • Represent the company at recruitment events, promoting the organization as an employer of choice.

Salary:
Up to ₹30,012.46 per month
