Technical Consultant II (Post Sales)

We're searching for an outstanding Technical Consultant II to join our expanding team. In this role, your task will involve helping customers embrace the Workato platform for integration and automation from both business and technical viewpoints. You'll be responsible for setting and steering best practices while collaborating with customer stakeholders on both business and technical fronts. Furthermore, you will assist in enhancing our product and continuously refining our engagement strategies. This is a remote position, and candidates from anywhere in India are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding new customers onto Workato's platform through the provision of technical consulting, guidance, and enablement for swift value realization.
  • Engaging with customers to outline integration and automation requirements, leading the solution design process in conjunction with customers.
  • Sharing best practices related to deployment models, governance structures, and integration design from both business and technical perspectives.
  • Collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams to scrutinize customer requirements and feedback, identifying enhancement opportunities for the Workato platform while managing customer expectations.
  • Becoming a Workato champion by showcasing how the platform can effectively address business automation needs across various industries.
  • Establishing trust as a customer advisor and advocate within Workato.
  • Participating in post-onboarding deployment health checks and offering guidance on integration and process optimizations.
  • Contributing to the growth of our technical consulting team by creating and enhancing content like presentations, demos, best practices, and online courses for customer use.
  • Prioritizing and delivering exceptional customer service experiences to Workato's customers.
  • Managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and handling any other assigned duties as needed.

Requirements:

Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in solutions and implementation consulting.
  • Knowledge of integrations and system design principles.
  • Understanding of technology and industry trends, particularly in the app integration domain.
  • Familiarity with database technologies like SQL and Postgres.
  • Strong grasp of on-premise infrastructure, cloud-based deployments, configurations, monitoring, and management.
  • Knowledge of the SDLC and extensive experience in developing, supporting, and troubleshooting integrations.
  • Capability to produce high-quality technical documentation.
  • Experience with at least one Integration Platform, e.g., Workato, Tray, TIBCO, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, WebMethods, Oracle Integration Suite.
  • Experience with cloud business apps such as Workday, NetSuite, Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP is a bonus.
  • Proficiency in web development frameworks, and familiarity with JS frontend and backend is advantageous.
