Nous sommes heureux d'annoncer l'ouverture de notre toute nouvelle usine en Tunisie. En effet, dans le cadre de notre croissance, nous lançons deux nouveaux sites de productions cette année à Menzel Bourguiba (Bizerte).

Lear implantera son activité Seating en ouvrant un site de production de Thermal Comfort & Trim (production de coiffe automobile).

Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche de notre futur(e) Responsable Maintenance.

Reportant directement au Production Manager, vous serez en charge de superviser et de gérer toutes les activités de maintenance préventive et corrective liées à la production, aux équipements et aux installations de l'usine.

**Les missions supplémentaires comprendront (mais ne se limiteront peut-être pas à)**:

- Elaborer et mettre en œuvre des plans de maintenance préventive/ Corrective et prédictive
- Superviser la conformité des interventions et du fonctionnement des équipements,matériels et installations (réception, tests, essais, réglages, ).
- Diriger, motiver l'équipe de maintenance et déléguer les activités.
- Analyser les données de maintenance, de dysfonctionnement (historique, pannes, ), diagnostiquer les causes et détermier les actions correctives et/ou prevntives.
- Analyser et evaluer les risques liés a la miantenance.
- Elaborer et suivre l'exécution du budget du département.
- Communiquer avec les utilisateurs des équipements pour formuler les diagnostics.
- Réaliser une veille technologique, organiser la documentation tachnique et faire des propositions pour améliorer la disponibilité des equipements.
- Coordoner l'activité d'une équipe ou dirriger une structure.
- Evaluer le temps d'arrêt d'équipement, la durée d'intervention, le coût et les moyens (humain, technique,)
- Participer à la réalisation des locaux et d'installations.
- Gérer le stock des pièces critiques et de rechange ainsi que de veiller a assurer le stock minimum à tous moment.
- Veuiller à respecter toutes les coneignes d'égiène et de sécurité concernant les employés, les machines et les batiments.
- Respecter les 7 Key Elements de sécurité et d'hygiène.- Collaborer activement avec toutes les fonctions pour atteindre et maintenir les certifications suivantes:

- IATF- ISO 14001
- ISO 45001

**Pour réussir dans ce rôle, vous devez avoir**:

- Excellentes compétences en organisation - un savoir prouvé démontrant la capacité à planifier et suivre les activités de projet.
- Expérience en industrie automobile de préférence ayant travaillé sur la livraison (fabrication de coiffe ou têxtile).
- Connaissances averées de gestion au sein d'équipes interfonctionnelles et de structures de style matriciel.
- Compétences solides en communication avec une aisance à la fois à l'écrit et à l'oral en français et en anglais.
- Expérience réussie dans le management d'équipes
- Première expérience dans un poste similaire
