Basic Purpose of Job:
The Fee Schedule Associate will review client fee schedules for State Street's global businesses across countries & regions. They will facilitate the day-to-day production, review, and maintenance of fee schedules for global clients, including State Street Global Advisors' fee schedules.

Responsibilities:

Business As Usual (BAU) Activities:

• General responsibility for fee schedule activities like set-up, maintenance, and review

• Foster an independent 'owner's mindset' for efficient deliverables

• Measure, review, and assess performance towards goals

• Drive ongoing process improvements

Expectations:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance with 8 to 10 years experience in fee invoices within global billing functions at financial institutions.

• Knowledge of billing methods for services such as Custody, Sub-custodian, trust services, out-pocket expense billing, and asset management.

• Experience in enhancing fee schedule functions across multiple geographies and business areas.

Skills required:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, Visio) with advanced Excel skills

• Familiarity with billing systems and financial architecture

• Independent decision-making and thought leadership skills

• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
 Must thrive in a fast-paced environment
