The coordinator is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and monitoring of the implementation of Samarth in the HEIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop project plans and timelines: The coordinator will develop comprehensive project plan that outlines the tasks, timelines, and resources required to implement Samarth Egov Suite (ERP System) in the institution.
  • Coordinating project activities: The coordinator will work with various stakeholders to ensure that all project activities are completed on time and within budget.
  • Managing relationships: The coordinator will work with software teams and HEIs to negotiate contracts, resolve issues, and ensure that the software is implemented correctly.
  • Training and support: The coordinator will ensure that university staff are trained on the new system and provide ongoing support to ensure its effective use. They will record escalations reported from the institution and coordinate with relevant teams for redressal and closure.
  • Monitoring project progress: The coordinator will monitor the progress of the project, identifying any issues or risks that may arise, and develop plans to mitigate those risks.
  • Reporting: The coordinator will gather insights and progress data from implementation team and prepare periodic project progress reports for all insitutions assigned.
  • Communicating with stakeholders: The coordinator will communicate project progress to key stakeholders, including project leadership, and endusers.
  • Testing and quality assurance: The coordinator will oversee the testing and quality assurance of the system to ensure that it meets the university's requirements and standards.
  • Develop & maintain procedures, processes, and other documentation as needed.

Basic Requirements

  • Must be highly organized, detailoriented, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have a solid understanding of software development processes and project management methodologies
  • Experience in coordinating with clients and endusers and providing
  • Hands on experience on egovernance platforms and ERP/eoffice systems is a plus
  • Willing to travel and work extra hours whenever needed
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to review a variety of data, identify and adjust discrepancies, identify, and resolve problems
  • Have demonstrable leadership skills

Minimum Eligibility Criteria
Master degree/ PG Diploma o requivalent in any filed with 1+ year of experience

OR


Bachelor degree / diploma or equivalent in any field with at least 3 years of hands on supervisory / coordination experience in project/training/implementation/rollout/team management/client management/support etc.

Hands on experience one-governance platforms and ERP/e-office systems isdesirable.
