Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled UI Architect/Technical Lead to join our team.

This role is crucial for setting the foundation of our frontend architecture, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and modular user interfaces for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in frontend development, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating user-friendly, high-performance web applications.


Key Responsibilities:

Architectural Design:
Design and implement scalable frontend architectures that meet the requirements of our diverse customer base.

Technical Leadership:
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the frontend development team, ensuring best practices in coding, architecture, and design.

Modularity and Performance:
Develop modular and reusable components, optimizing for performance and maintainability.

Code Quality:
Establish and enforce coding standards, code reviews, and continuous integration practices.

Collaboration:
Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver seamless, user-friendly experiences.

Innovation:
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in frontend development, advocating for their adoption where appropriate.

Documentation:
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for the frontend architecture and individual components.

Required Qualifications:

Experience:
Minimum of 7 years in frontend development with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Frontend Technologies:

Proficiency in modern frontend technologies such as:

Frameworks/Libraries:
React, Angular,

Languages:
Java Script, Type Script, HTML, CSS

State Management:
Redux, Vuex, Ng Rx

Styling:
CSS-in-JS, SASS, LESS

Architecture:
Strong understanding of frontend architecture principles, including modular design, state management, and performance optimization.

Tools:
Experience with version control systems (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and frontend build tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.).

Problem-Solving:
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.

Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Cloud Experience:
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

UI/UX:
Understanding of UI/UX principles and experience working closely with design teams.

Agile Methodologies:
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Testing:
Knowledge of frontend testing frameworks and methodologies.
