Telecaller . As a


Telecaller , you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products or services, and persuading them to purchase or schedule a meeting.

Successful candidates will possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanour, and the ability to build customer rapport.

Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using a prepared script.
Introduce and explain our products or services to potential clients.
Answer incoming calls from customers interested in our offerings.
Provide information about product features, pricing, and benefits.
Listen to customer needs and tailor the pitch to address their specific requirements.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the database.
Follow up with potential customers to close sales or set up appointments.
Resolve customer queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
Only Freshers (Passed out year 2023 & 2024)
Any graduate or Intermediate or high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant training is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English, Telugu and Hindi.
Ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
