About the internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

HR, Quality Control, and Content KRA:

1. Source the candidates from various job portals based on our requirements and screening their resumes

2. Assess the knowledge, communication skills, aptitude, and experience of the applicant before arranging interviews for selected candidates with managers

3. Create video, text, and assessment content that can be used for both online and offline training programs for the employees of the organization

4. Design visually appealing and user-friendly data visualization reports using UI/UX tools like Canva, Figma, and other design software

5. Perform strategic LinkedIn marketing

6. Use analytical thinking and creativity to implement SEO and content creation

7. Test all new reports and deliverables and periodically review them for quality control

8. Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes

9. Ability to research and understand the business process

Digital Tools & Analytics (KRA):

1. Automate and enhance business processes using Generative AI & Applications

2. Ability to leverage SQL queries to perform in-depth data analysis and optimize queries

3. Build complex SQL queries, advanced Excel & macros, and business intelligence tools

4. Use robust, logical, and analytical concepts to structure databases, schemas, and dimensional models from end to end

5. Customize software user-wise and build reports and dashboards using business tools (CRM (Zoho) or Tableau or ZOHO analytics preferred)
