JOB SUMMARY


FactSet is looking for an Executive Assistant (EA) to support our Head of Sales and Client Solutions in Asia Pacific.

This role functions as a close partner with the senior management team of Asia Pacific by anticipating needs, proactively resolving issues, managing administrative matters, and ensuring timely preparation for up‐coming events and commitments.

This is the ideal role for someone who has a proactive and result-driven personality. She/he maintains high standards of professionalism, efficiency, personal communication, discretion, and independent judgment. In working with internal and external contacts, she/he deals with a wide range of sensitive issues under tight deadlines/pressures.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- Provide administrative support.

Interactions will include managing critical and confidential information.- Leverage strategic and project management capabilities, a strong analytic mindset with the ability to synthesize information, prioritize objectives and drive results with a sense of urgency.- Provide coordination and calendar maintenance (includes internal and external meetings).- Coordinate all travel requirements and expense report management.- Enable optimal use of time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; and initiating communications.- Coordinate, help proofread, and update meeting presentations and documents.

JOB REQUIREMENTS- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree.

Masters/MBA preferred.- 5+ years of executive support experience in a fast-paced environment (financial services experience or technology or information services preferred).- Experience in creating PowerPoint presentations.- An entrepreneurial spirit, as well as solid organizational skills and attention to detail with a proactive result-driven personality.- Exceptional organization, communication, and time management skills.- Superior attention to detail and ability to multi-task and adapt to a changing environment.- Strong interpersonal, influencing, and relationship-building skills.- Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to articulate information Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.- Proven ability to work well with all levels of internal management and employees, as well as external stakeholders.- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Sensitivity to confidential matters is required.- Great at project management, driving projects to completion, coordinating logistics, multi‐tasking, and operating under pressure.- Strong technical acumen and desire to try new processes.
