ResponsibilitiesAbility to engage with senior technical decision makers regarding project objectives, technical requirements around M365

Provide technical perspectives to meet customers outcomes by understanding business requirement and project objectives

Design and deliver technical solutions that aligns with the intent of architecture

Provide technical know how to avoid and resolve technical issues in M365

Deliver assessments, workshops about customers As-Is architecture and To-be architecture

Work with onshore and offshore teams in addition with collaboration with customer during project execution

Lead project delivery activities and ensure alignment with architectural objectives of the project

Ability to apply product & technology knowledge to improve Microsoft products and the customer experience

Skills:-8-12 years of experience in IT consulting, application development, infrastructure deployment

Hands on knowledge of M365/Office 365 services (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange, Power Platform, Identity, Security, etc.,)

Must have good experience of SharePoint Migration from on-premises to SharePoint Online using Quest tool and Content Matrix.

Must have good experience of Teams Migration using Quest tool.

Must have good experience of OneDrive Migration using Quest tool and CTMT Tool.

Good development experience in PowerShell scripting.

Good experience with SharePoint OOTB (meaning with no customization, just adding web parts, columns, views, 3rd party web parts or apps, etc.) in classic and modern SharePoint sites.

Good experience with SharePoint tools & concepts (i.e., SharePoint Designer, Master Pages/Page Layouts, InfoPath).

Ability to multi-task easily across multiple applications/projects.

Excellent documentation and analytical skills

Microsoft certification

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Sciences / Software Engineering / Information Technology or relevant technical field
