  • Supervise all the planned project erection and commissioning job in the areas related to process department side / Raw Mill.
  • Execute the project activities for erection and commissioning equipments of related to process department side / Raw Mill with mobilizing the resources.
  • Coordinating different activities as per the planned project schedules as assigned.
  • Preparation of comparatives, Engineering Calculations
  • Ensure resource optimization and spare management for cost control.
  • Assist Superior in carrying out timely inspection of all jobs required as per statutory guidelines and ensure their timely compliance by carrying out the required checking/ testing as per guidelines, maintaining statutory records of the observations, taking corrective measures for deviations, identifying & rectifying unsafe points & unsafe practice in the area, on the job training to staff & workmen on safety & treatment.
  • Creating a Safety culture in the Project site to ensure all Safety Standards & procedure are implemented in section.
  • To ensure timely availability of following to site execution team 1) Drawings and technical documents from suppliers. 2) Inputs for execution planning, 3) KPI s Time frame for availability of drawings and documents.
  • Actual vs Target. Time frame for availability of O&M manual at site.
  • Actual vs Target. Time frame for availability of Service personnel at site.
  • To ensure correct and timely installation of structures & equipment's with no rework and post commissioning errors.
  • Process optimization to maximize productivity and reduction in Sp. energy consumption

8-15 Years
