Position Description:

Your future duties and responsibilities:

  • Design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of software
  • Ensures that software meets or exceeds specified standards and enduser requirements

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

  • Experience : 3 to 4 yrs
  • Location : Bangalore/Chennai/Hyderabad
  • Job Role:
  • Review and analyze system specifications. Develop, document, and execute QA test cases for new functionality as well as Production bug fixes. Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle. Document, report, and track software defects using ALM, Azure and JIRA. Work with crossfunctional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle. Forms validation for contents and correctness. Analyze automation requirement and propose the framework design. Conduct POC's using Selenium with JAVA and VB Script. Should design and develop automation frameworks as per the client needs. Should deliver the automation scripts on time with quality. Should create proper documentation as needed for the scripts. Should execute and maintain the automation scripts. Should integrate the automation with CI/CD pipelines. Collaborate with the other test leads to prepare and produce test result reports. Work seamlessly with geographically distributed teams. Work with the scrum master and help establish sprint activities and tasks. Participate in the daily standup and provide status updates, contribute to team meetings. Collaborate with the other test leads in defect triage meetings. Conduct POC's using Selenium with Java and C#. Conduct POC's using Selenium with JAVA and VB Script
  • Required skillset:
  • Must have at least 34 years of wellrounded testing experience with Automation, Functional, Smoke, Regression, and Integration Testing. P&C Insurance knowledge. Working knowledge of developing, maintaining, and executing automated test scenarios and test cases in Selenium web driver. Working Knowledge in automation testing. Working Knowledge on Automation Frameworks, BDD etc. Work experience of Scripting Languages VB script, Java. Experience with Test management tools such as ALM, Azure, JIRA etc. Able to multitask and work effectively with mínimal supervision. Should be a quick learner and be able to adapt to the new technologies/tools. Ability to work with Business Analysts to ensure full coverage of business requirements and the ability to provide estimates on test execution. Ability to meet tight deadlines for deliverables. Ability to work independently with little supervision or guidance. Knowledge of the test planning and test management domains. Analytical and problemsolving skills. Excellent communication including documentation and interpersonal skills.
Work experience of Scripting Languages C#, Java.
