Job Purpose
Provides a senior architecture support and leads the resolution of the most complex SAP BASIS technical scenarios. Responsible for executing BASIS operations and projects.

This hands-on technical role provides the operational expertise to ensure optimize the availability, performance, and overall management of our SAP systems

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handson technical SAP BASIS support execution
  • SAP upgrades and Migration
  • Database (DB2,Oracle,Hana,Sybase) and OS(Linux, AIX, Windows,HP-UX) performance management
  • SAP Integration experienceBusiness objects, Data services, FIM and Financial consolidation
  • Cloud operational support for SAP and thirdparty products
  • Responsible for SAP Systems Availability, capacity, and Performance
  • Acting as technical expert geographically spread on project assignment and during major incident or escalation
  • Partner with strategic partners and CW's executing SAP technical basis activities, project, and business as usual
  • Manage/influence matrix organizations
  • Responsible for the Technical SAP Architecture design and optimization within their area of expertise
  • Lead and participate in incident and change management.
  • Technical driving and resolving major incidents.
  • Provide active 24x5 ERP operations support from India with extended oncall support as and when required
