Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations to executive leadership on HRrelated matters.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.

Policy Development and Compliance:

  • Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and practices in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Ensure adherence to legal requirements and industry standards related to employment practices.
  • Talent Acquisition and Management
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates.
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
  • Implement talent management strategies to identify, develop, and retain key talent within the organization.

Employee Relations and Performance Management:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution as needed.
  • Manage performance evaluation processes and provide coaching and feedback to managers and employees.
  • Implement disciplinary actions, as necessary, in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Facilitate leadership development initiatives and succession planning efforts.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Compensation and Benefits Administration:

  • Oversee the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Conduct benchmarking studies to ensure competitive compensation practices.
  • Manage the annual performance review process and merit increase cycle.

Employee Engagement and Wellness:

  • Develop and implement strategies to promote employee engagement and wellbeing.
  • Coordinate employee recognition programs and events.
  • Collaborate with other departments to foster a positive work environment and promote a culture of diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum experience of 15 years is required
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, with a track record of strategic HR management.
  • Indepth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
