Assist Talent Acquisition Team by gathering, processing, and maintaining new hire paperwork

  • Craft and update job descriptions
  • Perform background and reference checks
  • Coordinate interviews and contact applicants, as needed
  • When requested assist the Recruiters by performing basic screening of job applicants over the phone to ascertain whether they meet the minimum requirements of the open position.
  • Prepare reports on new hire metrics (e.g. timetofill, timetohire and source of hire)
  • Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g. preparing necessary paperwork and scheduling trainings)
