Requirements

Key Accountabilities:

  • Work with client stakeholders tounderstand requirements and lead project team to execute them.
  • Quickly understand the requirementsand develop conceptual design/solution using best practice.
  • Works closely with Senior Developer& Leads to write defect free code for assigned tasks and deliver it.
  • Collaborate with technical lead toimplement suggested solution within time and with expected quality.
  • Identify technologychallenges/problems and evaluate & implement innovative solutions for thesame.
  • Determine training needs for the teamto align with the customers' current and future requirements.
  • Bridge between a business problem andthe technology solution and outlines each of the phases and requirementsrequired to make that solution work.
  • Guide team/developers on technical challenges and enforcebest practices.
  • Timely provide resolution for risks/issues/dependenciesraised by the ream.
  • Solely responsible for resolvingtechnical challenges faced by the team.
  • Identify technical, functional,inter-personal/soft skills gaps and plan improvements.
  • Gain complete project/product functionalknowledge and raise appropriate questions.
  • Identify technologychallenges/problems, evaluate & implement the innovative solution for thesame.
  • Facilitating all sprint ceremonies andmaking sure that team aligned with Scrum values.
  • Perform deep code reviews to ensurethe best standards are met in terms of quality, performance & security.
  • Continuously research emergingtechnologies to keep the system updated and enhanced.
  • Prepare TDD as and when required, review/getapproval from the client before implementation.
  • Delivery WSR to the client regardingthe status of development activities, identify risks and mitigation plans.
  • An ability to gain influence and trustwith business and technical stakeholders at all levels of an organization.

Education and experience:

  • Minimum 8-12 years of experience as atechnical project manager with experience in requirement analyzing, planning,and developing scheduled for the projects.
  • Engineering degree or master's degreein IT / Computer Science
  • 5+ years of experience in managing

projects end-to-end in terms of project budget, resource planning,project planning, scheduling, monitoring, tracking, and risk management.

  • Should have good experience workingwith onsite – offshore model and client/stakeholder management.
  • Hands on good experience in applicationdevelopment with cloud-based .Net full stack with WordPress
  • Experience in working with agiledevelopment teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills,conceptual and critical thinking capabilities
  • Demonstrate highly effective communication, interpersonal,and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to see big-picture designsfrom basic specifications.

Deep domain expertise in:
o8+ years of experience in design &development of server-side code using .Net Framework, C#,

, Web API,.Net Core

and client-side code using

Angular

, JavaScript, jQuery,Bootstrap, HTML, CSS etc.

oProficient experience in .NET Core forserver-side logic and for building web APIs.

oAdvanced knowledge of Angular forcreating dynamic, responsive, and interactive web applications.

oSkilled in creating and consuming

RESTfulservices

and integrating various web technologies.

oProficient with version control toolssuch as

Git

.

oFamiliarity with

WordPress core

,its architecture, and the underlying

PHP code

,

HTML, CSS, JavaScript,

and modern libraries

oAbility to optimize WordPress sitesfor speed and efficiency, including caching techniques, image, and databaseoptimization.

oExperience setting up WordPress to beuser-friendly for content managers, including the use of visual editors andcustom fields.

oFamiliarity with version controlsystems like Git and deployment strategies that work well with WordPressenvironments.
