• The UX/UI DesignLeader will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual andinteractive design of our digital platforms. You will build andlead a talented team of UX and UI designers to create usercenteredand highperforming digital experiences that enhance user engagementsatisfaction and conversion rates.
• You are akey contributor for the digital user experience and growth ofonline business for India and oversee various phases of the teamsdesign process: research conception development and execution whileensuring the team is in the best conditions to meet expectationsand objectives.

MYRESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibility1

• Understand thecompanys design vision how your team fits into it and translate itinto relevant objectives.
• Communicate as muchas possible about the why rather than thewhat.
• Develop and execute the overall designstrategy for our website and mobile App ensuring alignment withbusiness objectives and user needs
• Cocreate aroadmap with the product team and ensure itsadoption.
• Work closely with product leaders andtech to break silos and deliver meaningful new features orproducts.
• Define and monitor relevant KPIscapable of monitoring them over time to ensure the validity of thesolutions proposed by your team.
• Stay uptodatewith industry trends emerging technologies and design tools todrive innovation and improve the digital userexperience.
