Job Description:

We are seeking adedicated Helpline Coordinator to join our team. The HelplineCoordinator will play a crucial role in providing assistance andsupport to individuals reaching out to our helpline number seekingdrug support services. This position requires excellentcommunication skills in English and Hindi as well as acompassionate and empathetic attitude towards thepatients/caregivers who will be the callers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Answering Helpline Calls

• Responsibly handle incoming callsto the helpline number
• Help patients to loginto the application by offering support to scan the QRcode
• Explain app platform features to thepatient or caregiver and ensure that the information is accurate

1. LeadManagement:

• Capturecaller details and inquiries into the CRM system efficiently andaccurately
• Determine the eligibility ofcallers for drug support services and appropriately document theirinformation

1. Coordination with Medical Representatives(MRs):

• Collaborate withMRs to collect patient leads via WhatsApp.
• Ensure prompt and accurate documentation of patient leadsinto the CRM system.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer support roles or helplinecoordinating roles preferred
• Prior experiencein healthcare settings is highly desirable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills inEnglish and Hindi
• Ability to work with empathyconfidentiality and professionalism
• Strongorganizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in using CRM software preferred
