  • To execute & monitor addition, alteration & new projects and to execute new civil structures /tunnels and silos. Railway siding and loading platforms construction.
  • Layout Preparation & detailing drawings, through drawing dept. as per the requirement.
  • Preparation of estimates for management approval.
  • Preparation of Tender, floating of tender comparative statement and arrange negotiation.
  • Preparation of work orders after finalization/selection of civil contractors with prior approval from FH (Engineering) and lowest of the negotiated party.
  • Estimating & indenting of materials.
  • Follow up with Materials dept. for timely procurement of material.
  • Preparation of schedule.
  • Coordination with related agencies
  • Execution of work, Review of progress & follow up with contractor to complete the work as per the schedule
  • To ensure checking & certification of contractor's bills

Qualifications:

Diploma,Bachelor Of Engineering,Bachelor Of Technology,Master In Technology

Minimum Experience Level:

16-22 Years
