Job Description:
Oversee the company's credit policies, procedures and processes related to SCF. Develop and review Early Warning System (EWS) reports. Periodic review of portfolio in accordance with current Industry scenario and recent RBI Circular, making amendments to Policy accordingly. Ensuring system automation for improving team efficiency and productivity. Directly responsible for the credit quality and risk performance of the company and the SCF businesses. Keeping a tab on external economic environment, regulatory policies and competition with a view to ensure strong business growth. Using data analytics to develop insights into credit risk trends, identify emerging risks, and optimize credit risk management strategies.Qualification and Experience:
15+ years' experience required in the credit/risk department related to supply chain financing. Master's degree (MBA preferred) from a reputed institute or a CA/CFA degree with relevant experience. Strong business acumen. Ability to motivate and develop a strong team. Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-levels.
