Job Opening: Collections & Deductions (Dispute) Analyst

We are seeking an individual to join our team and provide analytical support for deductions recovery. The role involves data management, interpretation, reporting, and deriving insights to drive deduction recovery. The ideal candidate should be proficient in identifying patterns in data, establishing connections with business challenges, and addressing pricing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze data, including profiling, cleansing, and modeling.
• Conduct validation and testing to ensure data accuracy.
• Interpret analysis results, identify trends, and provide recommendations to support business goals.
• Communicate information effectively to influence others' decisions.

We are looking for:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate or equivalent degree.
• Relevant experience in Dispute Management and OTC.
• Strong analytical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Collections, Cash & Trade Promotion in CPG/heavy manufacturing industry.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle large datasets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP.
