  • Assisting customers with account maintenance, including opening and closing accounts, updating personal information, and resolving any issues
  • Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues to higher authorities if necessary
  • Promoting new products and services to customers
  • Managing customer expectations and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborating with other departments within the organization to provide excellent service to customers
  • Continuously improving customer service skills and knowledge of products and services offered by the organization

Salary:
₹14,500.00 per month
