Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Production Manager in creating and implementing production schedules to meet deadlines and optimize resource utilization.
  • Coordinate production activities with the PPC team to align with sales forecasts.
  • Monitor production progress and identify potential bottlenecks or delays.
  • Take corrective action to promptly address any production issues.
Inventory Management:
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels of raw materials, work in progress (WIP), and finished goods.
  • Develop and implement inventory control procedures to minimize waste and ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely material delivery.
Quality Control:
  • Implement and uphold quality control processes throughout production.
  • Perform inspections to verify products meet quality standards.
  • Identify and resolve any quality defects promptly.
  • Maintain quality control records and documentation.
Other Responsibilities:
  • Support the training and development of production staff.
  • Maintain clear and accurate production documentation.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvement efforts within the production department.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Production Manager.

  • Experience with inventory management is advantageous.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
