Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list or database.

  • Introduce products or services to potential customers and explain their features and benefits.
  • Follow scripts and sales processes to engage customers and persuade them to take the desired action (such as making a purchase or scheduling a meeting).
  • Handle inbound calls from existing and potential customers, answer their questions, and provide information about products or services.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of calls, interactions, and customer details in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads, share customer feedback, and improve overall sales strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively communicate with customers

Pay:
₹8, ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

Education:

  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

Experience:
