Provide first-level support to end-users for IT-related issues.

  • Document and maintain a knowledge base of common issues and solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate IT solutions that support digital
marketing efforts.

  • Implement and enforce security protocols, including antivirus software, firewalls,
and encryption.

  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry best practices.
  • Develop and maintain backup and disaster recovery plans to safeguard critical data.
  • Test and verify backups to ensure data integrity and availability.
  • Liaise with IT vendors and service providers to procure hardware, software, and
technical services.

  • Generate regular reports on IT system performance, security status, and incident
resolution.

Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
