Job Title:
Business Executive/Telemarketer

Responsibilities:

  • Presenting and promoting our products or services to potential customers
  • Converting leads into clients by identifying their needs and offering appropriate solutions
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify any additional needs
  • Collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Continuously learning about our products or services and staying uptodate with industry trends

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a telemarketer or sales representative
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Ability to build rapport with potential clients and establish longterm relationships
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and CRM software

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

Salary:
₹7, ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
