Within Platform Solutions lies Transaction Banking, a business division devoted to offering comprehensive cash management solutions for corporations. By merging the time-honored legacy and stability of a 155-year-old financial institution with the agility and innovation of a tech startup, Transaction Banking is committed to delivering unparalleled client experiences. Leveraging modern technologies focused on data and analytics, we equip clients with robust tools that prioritize value, transparency, and simplicity, enhancing the efficiency of cash flow management.

The Team:

Enter the Digital Engineering team, entrusted with providing a seamless digital journey to our clients engaging with Transaction Banking products across various interfaces like Banking as a Service API, client portal, and the SWIFT network. Our primary objective is to construct a cutting-edge digital interface tailored to meet the specific needs of our corporate clientele. With a fresh start, our sole aim is to construct a highly scalable, resilient, 24x7 available cloud-based platform that fulfills our corporate clients' cash management requirements.

Our horizontal structure necessitates and empowers team members to evolve throughout the software life-cycle, fostering close collaboration with product owners, business personnel, and operational users.

The Role:

Join our global team tasked with developing, testing, rolling out, and supporting new client-facing features in collaboration with product owners and key stakeholders. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing a consumer-centric Digital Experience, enhancing code quality, automation, and testability.

Our horizontal structure encourages team members to traverse the entire software life-cycle, engaging closely with product owners, business executives, and operational users. We seek individuals brimming with energy, possessing exceptional communication skills, relishing engineering challenges, and demonstrating a commitment to delivering top-notch technology solutions amidst a fast-paced, ever-evolving landscape. Basic Qualifications

2-5 years of relevant professional expertise utilizing a contemporary UI programming language (JavaScript/TypeScript)

Experience in crafting modern UI products using React

Demonstrated capability to collaborate across various teams and deliver intricate products with multiple stakeholders

BS. or higher in Computer Science (or equivalent practical experience)

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency with Node, Webpack, MobX, Redux

Experience with Microservice architectures and REST API

Proficiency in SQL databases (PostgreSQL/Oracle) and nosql (Dynamo/Mongo DB)

Background in Financial Services or Fintech

Hands-on experience with containers is advantageous

Familiarity with Agile operating models (practical exposure to Scrum / Kanban)
