Provide transactional support to maintain employee record in the HCM system:
  • Tier 2 analysts may be assigned to support specific processes but might need to assist with other tasks as needed
    • New Hires
    • Employee Movements (Promotions, Demotions, Transfers)
    • Compensation Changes (salary, bonus, commission)
    • Terminations (Voluntary, Involuntary, Retirements)
    • Job Data Changes (shifts, org assignments)
    • Personal & Contact Data Changes
    • Move worker (sup org changes)
    • Create and Edit Requisitions for managers
    • Leave of Absence management
  • Process transactions to meet KPIs per processes, complying with Case Management Framework and SOX Matrix.
  • Conduct audits to ensure data accuracy and handle data corrections as needed.
  • Troubleshoot interfaces with vendors and generate Employment Certifications.
  • Manage probation, contract renewals, and support organizational changes.
  • Create and distribute internal reports as required and implement compensation changes in Workday.
  • Coordinate salary planning and support system enhancements testing.
  • Required Qualifications:
    • 3-5 years of HR Service Center or HR operations experience
    • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Finance, Business or related field
    • Experience in core HR operations and Workday / Service Now
