Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Backend Software Engineer with over 4 years of

experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

backend development, particularly using Django and Flask frameworks. The role also

requires familiarity with frontend technologies, API development, and a solid understanding

of both relational and non-relational databases. Experience in real-time project development,

especially in the eCommerce domain, will be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain highperformance, scalable backend applications using Django and
Flask.

  • Design, build, and maintain robust APIs to support frontend functionalities and thirdparty
integrations.

  • Collaborate with frontend developers and other team members to create seamless and
responsive web applications.

  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Manage and maintain databases including MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis to ensure data
integrity and performance.

  • Deploy, monitor, and manage applications on AWS.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and implement them effectively.
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and improve user
experience.

  • Stay uptodate with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure we are
leveraging the best solutions.

  • Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and shared knowledge across the
team.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience in backend development with a focus on Django and Flask.
  • Strong proficiency in Python for backend development.
  • Proven experience in API development and integration.
  • Familiarity with frontend technologies including React.
  • Handson experience with relational databases (MySQL) and nonrelational databases
(MongoDB, Redis).

  • Proficiency in deploying applications on AWS and managing cloud infrastructure.
  • Experience in realtime project development, preferably in the eCommerce sector.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful principles and experience in designing RESTful APIs.
  • Working knowledge of is a plus.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in fullstack development.
  • Understanding of modern authentication and authorization mechanisms.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Education:

  • Masters or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or
equivalent practical experience.
