Role Overview

  • Test Analyst will provide testing support to projects and activities as part of Dentsu Aegis Network
  • have excellent testing skills and client facing, customer satisfactions abilities
  • be both a self-starter and effective collaborator, having a good background on applications like D365FO.
  • strong interest in systems and process improvement, product knowledge with excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as good written and oral communication skills

Main Responsibilities

  • Good knowledge of the SDLC (Requirement's analysis, Test design, Test execution & reporting, Test/Phase closure)
  • Liaise with the Solution Team, Platform Leads to understand Functional Design, Platform Architecture, and design the test scenarios
  • Support the testing activities during SIT, UAT and Production
  • Attend the project meetings and co ordination with PM on the Test Scheduling etc
  • Design functional test scenarios, execute them, log, and track defects to closure
  • Sending Daily & Weekly Test summary report to the project team

Professional Skills

  • 3 to 5 years of Functional Testing experience in D365 FinOps (ERP)
  • Good understanding of Agile Methodology, Waterfall Methodology
  • Analyse the MSD365FO CRs and write Test scenarios/cases
  • Work to the overall test plan
  • Develop and execute manual test scripts for MSD365FO.
  • Provide inputs to the Test Effort Estimations
  • Should have the Functional process & workflow knowledge on PTP, OTC,RTR and CJL
  • Should have good knowledge & experience on modules - Accounts payable, Accounts receivable , Fixed assets, General Ledger etc..,
  • Develop and execute regression Test cases.
  • Should be able to provide Demo to Business on the Test Execution
  • Follow up with Business for Approval, post Demo sessions.
  • Detect and raise bugs in the AzureDevOps tool with appropriate level of priority
  • Participate in Testing Meetings to track, triage & prioritize defects
  • Raising testing blockers to the project manager and support them with unblocking them.
  • Build strong relationships with internal users and stakeholders to manage them through UAT.
  • Provide timely test reports to the Test/Project manager to give confidence on quality of solution.
  • Manage accuracy in AzureDevOps of test cases and their execution.
  • Produce data sheet for execution of test cases.
  • Good to have knowledge on RSAT – ERP Automation Tool
  • Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as good written and oral communication skills
