We are Hiring Service Now Developers - GRC

Location - Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Coimbatore
Experience - 5 + years

PFB JD
Total Experience of 9+ yrs.
in IT

Play an integral role in stakeholder management by Analyzing the Business requirements from Customer & translating the same to the Technical Team.

Able to function independently as SPOC for External / Internal stakeholders and resolve all Technical impediments for the Team to ensure successful delivery
Worked on at least 1 GRC Implementation project involving Risk Mgmt.
implementation, Compliance, Control indicators configuration.
Good knowledge of ITSM, ITIL V3 and Risk/Compliance process
Solid, hands-on knowledge of Service Now platform, Client/server scripting
Knowledge of Java Script as an individual contributor.
Around 5 years of hands-on development experience in Service Now
Process understanding of Incident, Problem, Change and Knowledge Management
Good Experience in ITSM and CMDB module implementation/development
Good implementation experience in web-based Integration (SOAP, REST) and any other type of integration.
Good communication and presentation skill

Hands-on experience in configuring Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Script Includes, Access Control Lists, complex workflows and solution migration to higher environment.

Knowledge of Flow Designer, Integration Hub.
Excellent knowledge of Service Now Development Best Practices & ongoing knowledge Service Now features.
