What You will do :
Create amazing software experiences for our clients using innovative design methods, and agile and lean processes.
  • Design and build software products from the ground up with the latest technologies like JAVA, Python, Javascript, GoLang, and Scala.
  • Collaborate in a vibrant, open, non-bureaucratic environment.
  • Contribute to nurturing the future wave of developers and making a beneficial impact on the field.

Basic Qualifications :
Experience : 5+ years.
  • Computer Science Degree OR Equivalent.
  • Hands-on coding experience with a diverse range of languages including JAVA, Python, Javascript, etc.
  • Proficiency in backend development particularly in JAVA, (consideration given to Python and nodeJS).
  • Frontend development skills in ReactJS, AngularJS, PolymerJS, EmberJS, or Jquery, among others.
  • Enthusiasm for software engineering and adherence to best coding practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
  • Prior experience in technical architecture, code evaluations, and guiding junior developers.
  • Background in stakeholder management and collaboration with architects for project leadership.

Nice to have Qualifications :
  • Prior involvement in product engineering and a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent OOP knowledge, inclusive of design patterns.
  • Exposure to DevOps, continuous integration & deployment processes.
  • Familiarity with big data tools, Machine Learning, and NLP would be advantageous.
