A Solutions Consultant position at our company is pivotal in devising innovative solutions for intricate technical and digital experience demands. This role involves close collaboration with sales, services, product, and digital strategy teams, as well as potential and existing clients. Engaging with customers at various levels, including C-level executives, managers, and end-users, the Solutions Consultant must effectively tailor conversations to suit each audience, whether they are strategic and high-level or immensely detailed and technical. As part of the role, you will interact with clients globally across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions, necessitating flexibility to work across different time zones.

The Solutions Consultant role is highly esteemed as the rational voice that leads pre-sales activities, focusing primarily on the following key areas:

Solution Development: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to identify technical obstacles and objectives in the realm of digital experiences. Subsequently, craft a solution and roadmap that paves the way for the client's success.

Build: Demonstrate how integrated experiences materialize using the Adobe Experience Cloud through presentations and rapid prototyping. This includes delivering high-level demonstrations, devising future customer journey strategies, and formulating long-term IT roadmaps.

Present: Deliver a captivating and coherent presentation that simplifies intricate technology for C-level audiences. While dancing skills are not necessary, a touch of showmanship might come in handy.

Stay on the Cutting Edge: Remain updated on product advancements, industry trends, and news. Staying ahead of the curve may sound simple, but it's no walk in the park.

What You Need to Succeed

  • B. Tech/Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or equivalent work experience (mandatory) with Post Graduation in Management/MBA (preferred)
  • Minimum of three years experience in Solutions Consulting, Solutions Engineering, pre-sales, or consulting focused on Content Management Systems
  • Preferably experienced as a DX Practitioner to engage in discussions regarding relevant processes, challenges, and solutions confidently
  • Bachelor's Degree in Informatics, Computer Science, or Interactive Design
  • Thorough grasp of digital marketing best practices
  • Hands-on exposure to AEM and/or similar CMS platforms
  • Proficiency in planning and delivering engaging presentations, creating Customer Journeys, Storytelling, Storyboarding, and public speaking at events
  • Capacity to conceptualize and demonstrate the potential of connected solutions to provide a seamless and consistent customer experience
  • Proficiency with presentation tools such as PowerPoint and Keynote
  • Ability to pitch ideas and present to both internal and external stakeholders (e.g., VPs, CXOs)
  • Technical expertise in APIs, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Headless and Composable architecture, GraphQL, and other emerging technologies like GenAI
  • A passion for problem-solving and continuous learning with 5-10+ years of relevant work experience
