The Role: OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE SPECIALIST

Position Summary

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop new features and applications
  • Develop and execute application development strategies
  • Engage in the complete development cycle from estimation to deployment
  • Keep abreast of the latest development practices
  • Research, evaluate, and implement tools for enhancing products and processes
  • Show initiative, exceed expectations, and continuously challenge yourself
  • Display a strong sense of ownership and confidence in your work

Duties & accountabilities

  • Have at least 3 years of troubleshooting experience
  • Possess solid knowledge of computer science fundamentals, algorithms, and data structures
  • Demonstrate technical proficiency in solving hardware and software issues across various technologies
  • Understand object-oriented programming
  • Ability to develop web applications from scratch in an agile environment
  • Experience in writing unit test cases and conducting automated testing for CI/CD pipelines
  • Familiarity with tools such as GIT, SVN, Bitbucket, etc.
  • Strong teamwork, analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
  • Previous exposure to financial markets is advantageous
  • Experience in Agile development and client communication
  • Certifications in relevant skill sets are a plus
