In your role as Director, Third Party Risk Management, you will: Be capability oriented: Design, implement and continuously improve Third-Party Risk Management capabilities maturing the firm's control landscape. Be a partner: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the firm's Procurement and Sourcing, Partnerships and Alliances, General Counsel, Services, Technology, and Information Security functions. Be customer driven: Deliver world-class quality across several enterprise-wide services screening, third party risk assessment, finding remediation and more, Be a strong stakeholder: Engage directly with business and senior management, providing guidance and recommendations whenever given engagement affects the firm's overall risk posture. Be a change agent: Run and deliver on change projects to further strengthen processes, leveraging AI among other modern technologies. Be a leader: Lead, mentor and coach a diverse, rapidly growing team of subject matter experts and risk professionals, paving their way to success and personal growth. About You
