HR Recruiter

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
Utilize various recruitment channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Build a diverse candidate pipeline for current and future client needs.
Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for client requirements.
Present shortlisted candidates to clients and coordinate interview schedules.
Create compelling and accurate job postings that reflect client requirements and attract suitable candidates.
Post job openings on relevant platforms and actively promote opportunities through various channels.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and client satisfaction.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, preferably in a consultancy or agency environment.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and recruitment projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment software/tools.
