Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Greeting and assisting visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor

2. Answering and redirecting phone calls and emails promptly

3. Managing appointments and schedules for staff and students

4. Maintaining and organizing office supplies and equipment

5. Creating and updating documents, spreadsheets, and presentations

6. Assisting with organizing events and meetings

7. Supporting other administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations
