Job Description of Sales Representative

Responsibilities

  • Generating leads.
  • Meet weekly, monthly and quarterly sales quotas
  • Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Must be available for Morning and evening time for parents and student meetings in the fall and spring.
  • Generate sales growth within schools, tuition classes and other potential market
  • Deep understanding of needs and wants of schools, administrators, teachers, parents, and students, as well as competitors' strengths and weaknesses.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling

Requirements and skills

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

Education and Experience:

  • High School diploma or equivalent, College or University diploma preferred
  • B.ed, D.ed BSW/MSW or equivalent degree

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Compensation is commissionbased with bonuses and contests to reward outstanding performance and sales

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Freelance, Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 36 months

Part-time hours: 48 per week

Salary:
Up to ₹35,351.17 per month
