Job Responsibilities:

  • Channel Sales Strategy:
Implement, execute, and coordinate tasks aligned with marketing and sales plans, incorporating Management by Objectives principles.

  • Strategic Sales Planning and Execution:
Develop and implement marketing and sales plans to achieve company sales goals. Coordinate sales targets by channel and oversee daily sales activities.

  • Vendor and Agency Management:
Identify, onboard, and manage external vendors, agencies, and freelancers to support marketing and sales efforts.

  • Distribution Chain Management:
Manage the distribution chain, including wholesalers, retailers, and online platforms. Monitor inventory levels and optimize supply chain efficiency.

  • Crossfunctional Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams in major international markets to support sales initiatives and market expansion.

  • Market Analysis and Business Development:
Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive customer acquisition and enhance brand visibility. Analyze sales performance and customer insights to support strategic decision-making.

  • Expense Monitoring and Budgeting:
Monitor expenses and revenues to ensure cost efficiency and profitability. Assist in budget planning and resource allocation.

  • New Market Expansion:
Assist in establishing new retail chains and multi-brand outlets, including market analysis and strategic planning.

  • Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and present management information system (MIS) reports on sales performance, market trends, and key metrics.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Passion and Expertise: Passion for sales, marketing, advertising, design, and fashion, with relevant experience in lifestyle brands.
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or communications: Strong communication skills in English, fluency in other Indian languages is advantageous.
  • Leadership and Adaptability: Enjoy leading others in a fast-paced environment, with a hands-on approach and ability to establish and optimize processes.
  • Industry Relationships: Possess valuable industry relationships across various channels.
  • Market Expansion Experience: Proven experience in entering new markets, strategic planning, negotiating complex deals, and assuming accountability.
  • Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, target-driven, adept at problem-solving, thrive in deadline-driven environments, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
  • Skill Set: Excellent presentation, time-management, project management, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
  • Education: Minimum of a bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or communications.
  • Professional Experience: Demonstrated success as a head of sales with a focus on market-oriented solutions.
  • Influence: Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel as required.
  • Location Preference: Residing in Delhi/Jaipur or open to relocation.
