Senior Social Media Marketing Manager


We seek an experienced and results-driven Senior Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and grow our brand presence in the immigration and education industry.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies, managing a team of content creators, and driving measurable results.


Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media marketing strategy across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, , and our website blogOversee the creation of engaging and informative content, including graphics, videos, and written scripts, to educate and attract potential clientsManage a team of content creators, providing guidance,

feedback, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality contentConduct market research to identify trends, best practices, and new opportunities in the immigration and education industrySet and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our social media efforts and adjust strategies accordinglyCollaborate with other departments to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channelsMonitor and analyze social media metrics and prepare regular reports for senior managementEngage with our audience across various platforms, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional mannerStay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platforms, and best practicesIdentify and pursue opportunities for paid social media advertising to drive leads and conversions

Requirements:

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in the immigration or education industryProven success in developing and executing social media strategies that drive engagement, followers, and leadsStrong understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, andExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishExperience managing a team of content creators and ensuring the delivery of high-quality contentProficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting toolsStrong project management and organizational skillsBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related fieldCertifications in social media marketing (e.g.

, Facebook Blueprint, Google Analytics) are a plus

We offer a competitive salary package with a base salary commensurate with experience and a performance-based commission structure.
