Sales Trainer/sales Coach

Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan, implement and manage sales educational workshops for New hire and On-Floor agents
- Design quality sales training programs
- Identify needs, strengths and weaknesses and develop sales skills improvement plan
- Organize and monitor every sales training
- Use various training methods and strategies to for skill training
- Serve as advisor to our employees by answering all of their sales related questions and concerns
- Schedule individual and team training plans on a regular basis
- Develop Sales Training material
- Develop instructional material for sales trainees.
- Develop communication skills in sales team
- Evaluate sales performance to ensure incorporation of taught techniques
- Report on training program effectiveness
- Maintain updated curriculum database and training record
- Graduates
- 3+ years of experience in contact center.
- 2+ years of experience as a Sales trainer in contact center (Customer sales and service training experience)
- Excellent communications & presentation skills (oral and written), as well as ability to motivate, teach and inspire staff
- Extensive knowledge of learning principles and modern training techniques
- Indepth knowledge of the training and sales process and best practices
- Understanding of sales process, preferably with customer service experience
- Customer Service Attitude.
- Good understanding of CEC Audit & Coaching process.
- Excellent Presentation, Feedback & Coaching skills.
- Technical knowledge of English communication intonation, syllable, punctuation etc.
- Conflict resolution skills.
- Operational knowledge of MS Office: Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and decision making skills.
