  • Operate and maintain surface mount technology (SMT) equipment including pickandplace machines, soldering machines, reflow ovens, and inspection systems.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met, including component placement accuracy, solder joint quality, and overall product integrity.
  • Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform routine maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Follow strict safety protocols and adhere to standard operating procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Machine Programming Knowledge.
