Key Responsibilities

As the Revenue Operations Lead, you will play a critical role in optimizing and scaling our revenue-generating processes. You will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success to ensure alignment and efficiency across the entire revenue cycle. The ideal candidate is data-driven, process-oriented, and has a deep understanding of SaaS business models.


Key Responsibilities:


- Revenue Process Optimization: Develop and refine end-to-end revenue processes, ensuring seamless integration across sales, marketing, finance, and customer success.

- Data Management and Analysis: Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of revenue-related data to provide insights and actionable recommendations.

- Sales Operations: Support the sales team with forecasting, pipeline management, territory planning, and compensation design.

- Marketing Operations: Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation, tracking, and conversion processes.

- Customer Success Operations: Ensure smooth handoff from sales to customer success and support the implementation of strategies to drive customer retention and expansion.

- Technology Stack Management: Manage and optimize the revenue tech stack, including CRM, marketing automation, and other relevant tools.

- Reporting and Metrics: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to leadership.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between revenue-generating teams to ensure alignment and address any process inefficiencies.

- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of the company's growth strategy, including identifying new opportunities and mitigating risks.


Qualifications:

- Education: 5+ years of experience in business strategy, operations management, or a related field.

- MBA preferred but not mandatory

- Experience: 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role in a SaaS environment.


Skills:

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).

- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.

- Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.
